All orders are custom made and thoroughly inspected before mailing off, NO REFUNDS, RETURNS or EXCHANGES allowed. Before ordering, please read listing instructions thoroughly and leave all necessary information. Failure to follow listing instructions could result in a misprint at no fault to our shop.
For custom orders, if an error is made on our end, we will ship out a replacement order at no charge within 24-48 hours of notice.
If an item was damaged in transit, you must notify us within 72 hours of receiving your order (Please Note - 72 hours from the date delivered shown on tracking).
Please keep in mind that the color of the actual merchandise can slightly vary from the color you see on your monitor, convo us if you need color confirmation.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
SHIPPING
All orders under 1lb ship United Postal Service First Class - usually get to you within 2-3 days from shipping. If you are in a time crunch and need it expedited, please convo us first and if approved, you can purchase our expedited shipping listing available in our add on section. You will receive an email notification with tracking once your package has shipped.
We do ship internationally, however, for ALL international orders - we do NOT collect or pay for any customs fees. International customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. If you are unsure what fees may be applied to your shipment - please reach out to your local postal service for details before ordering, we do not have this information.
Please make sure you provide the correct shipping address as this is where your shipment will be mailed to. If your purchase is a gift and you need your order mailed to another address, please make sure that the address is included in the notes section. Please note that we are not responsible for shipments that are lost due to INCORRECT addresses.
If for any reason your package is returned, you will need to repurchase shipping cost to have your order mailed back out again.
If you have not received your package, please contact USPS first as they may need additional information from you - reference your tracking number. If no resolution is made, please contact us. and we will work together to resolve.
